Five Talent Church comes with an activity sign-up form, member change form and an employee change form which your website administrator can publish. For the activity form, people can sign-up online for an activity like VBS, then you can import that information into Five Talent Church and save a lot of administrative time! Or a member or an employee can fill out the contact information change request form and you can review those changes and import them directly to Five Talent Church!
