One of the best features of this software is the addition of more financial tools. I had previously only been able to enter contributions into our church’s other software program, but was pleased to be able to enter a broader range of financial transactions into one program, rather than having to switch back and forth between two incompatible financial and non-financial programs. The main menu of Five Talent Church is much easier to navigate than many other programs I have used. This allows for quicker entry, which is very valuable in a growing church with many newcomers every Sunday. Because of Five Talent Church’s ability to handle both financial and non-financial information, there is less chance of entering potentially conflicting contact information into two separate programs. This makes the necessary but time-consuming process of sending out giving statements much easier!

PFCN has been thrilled to partner with Five Talent Software for its network administration and website development solutions. Prior to working with Five Talent Software (we’re going into our third year together) our computer network was a mish-mash of patchwork components that worked together on a temperamental basis at best. Five Talent Software not only designed a streamlined system customized for the personality and workflow of our ministry team, but they completed a seamless installation and have continued to provide incredibly prompt and friendly support when needed, even when many of our ‘glitches’ are simply due to ‘operator error’!

We’re especially excited about our new website (pfcn.org)! It’s got a professional look and feel and can be intuitively navigated on the front-end and easily administered on the back-end. In today’s culture, a strong and relevant web presence is critical, and Five Talent Software did an *** job of highlighting our passion for God and our love for others as we endeavor to be a light in our community and around the world.

We now look forward to taking the next step in our working relationship; that is, making a move to Five Talent Church, Five Talent Software’s web-based church management software in the fall. We are most looking forward to the usability, flexibility, and customizability it will allow! Bring it on!

Five Talent Church is an easy program to use. It lets us keep all information for members in one location and to sort for reports in a way we can use.

I had been in information system, in the commercial market place, 15 years prior to becoming a pastor. With that experience I tend to be very critical of software engineering design which will determine just how user friendly a software system will be. I tend to also be critical of customer service. Five Talent Software has done a great job of designing a user friendly product that really helps to maintain a work flow around my needs and way of doing business instead of having to conform to the only way that the software is designed to work. I have found that because its design flows with the way people are used to working in an office, updating records, printing letters, or adding new individuals. When a problem has arisen, Five Talent Software's customer service has been great, handling issues in a manner of minutes and definitely most of the time in the same day. We just launched on September 11th and recently purchased the Five Talent Church software. Wow! Everything we need is in one place. Our member communication and activity tracking are all streamlined and our financial reports are a snap.
